Shipping Destination

We offer Free Shipping within the continental United States! 

For orders shipped from our U.S. warehouses, free shipping applies to the lower 48 states. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, or APO addresses. We’ll keep you updated when these options become available.

 

International Shipping

For international orders, additional shipping fees will apply. Please note that you may also encounter customs or import duties, quotas, permits, and other local requirements, all of which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs policies differ significantly from country to country, so we recommend checking your local regulations before placing your order. This way, you can fully enjoy your SenseGlo products without any unexpected charges.

 

Processing and Order Tracking

Once your order is successfully placed and the product is in stock, we’ll arrange shipment the next business day. You can expect delivery within 4-10 business days.

We work with multiple carriers, including FedEx and UPS, to ensure a smooth shipping experience. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your shipping and tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website for updates.

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier first for assistance. If you need further support, feel free to reach out to us at support@senseglo.com.

 

Shipping Changes & Order Cancellations

  • Before Receiving Your Tracking Number:

There’s no charge for address changes or order cancellations prior to receiving your tracking number.

  • After Receiving Your Tracking Number:

A 10% processing fee applies for order cancellations or address modifications if the tracking number has been provided but the package hasn’t been picked up by the carrier.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order after the tracking number is issued, a 10% processing fee will apply.
If you reject the package, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
