Return
Thank you for shopping with SenseGlo! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 calendar days after receiving your package. Below are our return guidelines to help you.
Eligibility for Return
You may be eligible for a return if your item meets one of the following conditions:
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately within 24 hours.
- It differs from what you ordered, please contact customer service immediately within 72 hours.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item should be in its original packaging. Please return all items in their original condition, including user manuals, warranty cards, original accessories, and the original manufacturer’s box/packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note:
- We are unable to refund shipping or freight charges on returns.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to returned items.
- If a delivery is refused or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, a 10% restocking fee may apply, including extra shipping charges. Please double-check your order details before finalizing.
To start a return, please reach out to us at support@senseglo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package back. Items sent without prior return authorization cannot be accepted.

Refund
Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your original method of purchase. Please note, returns take 3-10 business days to process.
Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
