Thank you for choosing our tabletop fire pit! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please carefully read the following guidelines. Following these steps will help prevent accidents and make the most of your fire pit.
Attention!!!
To ensure safe and enjoyable use of your tabletop fire pit, please follow these critical safety guidelines:
-
Safety First: Always prioritize safety when using your fire pit. Remember that fire pit fuel is highly flammable and can be dangerous if misused.
-
Refueling Safely:
- If adding more fuel or reigniting, extinguish any flames by securely placing the fire cap over the fuel container for at least 30 seconds. Ensure there are no flames or residual heat before adding more fuel.
- Never refuel, move, or touch the fire pit while it is burning or still hot, as this can lead to serious injury or uncontrollable fire.
-
Use Approved Fuels Only: Only use fuel specifically designed for tabletop fire pits. Avoid substitutes, as they can cause unstable burning and dangerous flare-ups.
-
Fuel Handling and Storage:
- Do not fill the reservoir higher than 1 inch from the edge.
- Clean up any spilled fuel with a dry paper towel or rag before lighting.
- Store fuel in a cool, dry place at least 5 feet from the fire pit, and ensure bottles are tightly sealed and kept out of reach of children.
-
Lighting the Fire Pit:
- Use an extended lighter or long match to ignite the fire pit.
- Never open the fuel container near an open flame, and avoid leaving unlit fuel in the burn chamber.
-
Extinguishing Flames:
- To put out the flame, cover the fuel reservoir with the fire cap. Do not blow on the flame directly. In case of fuel spillage, use a fire extinguisher or suffocate the flames safely.
-
Usage Limitations:
- Do not burn the fire pit for longer than 1.5 hours at a time without allowing it to cool.
- Discontinue use if any cracks appear in the fire pit or if fuel or flame is visible on the outside of the unit.
-
Location and Placement:
- Place the fire pit on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, whether indoors or outdoors, ensuring it’s free of low-hanging or flammable items.
- Keep children and pets at a safe distance and under adult supervision.
-
Avoid Touching Heated Surfaces: The glass and metal components of the fire pit can become very hot during use. Avoid touching the surface and keep all body parts and flammable materials away from the fire pit while it’s hot.
-
Never Leave Unattended: Always supervise your fire pit when it is burning, and ensure it is completely extinguished before leaving the area.
Following these guidelines will help you safely enjoy the warmth and ambiance of your tabletop fire pit.
